These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Please consult with legal counsel for specific legal advice. This document is designed to comply with IATA regulations and Pakistan travel industry standards.

1. Definitions and Scope of Services

FlyNdeal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates as a licensed travel agency in accordance with Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) regulations and International Air Transport Association (IATA) standards.

Services include but are not limited to: flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, visa assistance, travel insurance facilitation, and related travel services.

Customer/User refers to any individual or entity using our services or platform.

2. IATA and Regulatory Compliance

We operate under IATA accreditation and comply with all applicable regulations including:

  • IATA Travel Agent's Handbook and Resolution 824
  • Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority regulations
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance
  • International sanctions and restricted party screening

Important: Airlines retain the right to modify flight schedules, routes, and policies. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for airline operational decisions.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by service providers. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment required at time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • Prices quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
  • Service fees are non-refundable
  • Currency fluctuation may affect final pricing
  • Payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfers, Mobile wallets

3.3 Price Changes

Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier price increases. We reserve the right to pass these costs to customers even after booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations must be made in writing
  • Cancellation charges apply as per supplier terms
  • Service fees are non-refundable in all cases
  • Refund processing time: 15-30 business days

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel bookings due to force majeure, supplier failure, insufficient participants, or safety concerns. In such cases, full refund will be provided excluding service fees.

4.3 No-Show Policy

No-show bookings are non-refundable. Customers must inform us immediately of any delays or issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services
  • We are not liable for supplier failures, delays, or cancellations
  • No liability for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
  • Force majeure events exclude all liability
  • Customer insurance is strongly recommended and required for international travel

5.1 Third-Party Services

Airlines, hotels, and other service providers operate under their own terms and conditions. We act solely as an intermediary and are not responsible for their actions, omissions, or failures.

5.2 Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health certificates. We provide guidance but are not liable for denied entry or travel disruption due to inadequate documentation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal and travel information
  • Ensure valid travel documents and comply with destination requirements
  • Obtain necessary visas, permits, and health certificates
  • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance
  • Arrive at airports/hotels at specified times
  • Comply with supplier terms and conditions
  • Report any issues immediately to our 24/7 support

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions, travel bans, or border closures
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures
  • Technical failures or cyber attacks

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan.

8.2 Complaint Procedure

  1. Submit written complaints within 30 days of travel completion
  2. We will investigate and respond within 15 business days
  3. Unresolved matters may be referred to arbitration
  4. Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation may be consulted for mediation

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
